Heather is a Consultant at Framepoint.

Heather brings experience to Framepoint in policy research and analysis, government relations, strategic communications, and project management. She has demonstrated ability to work across partisan and institutional lines to elevate key issues and drive change in complex regulatory environments.

Prior to joining Framepoint, Heather served as a policy advocate for British Columbia’s housing and development sector, where she helped advance significant policy and legislative reforms at the municipal and provincial levels. She also brings policy experience from her work with a BC Health Authority, contributing to policy research aimed at improving access to care and health outcomes for First Nations communities.

Heather holds a Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University.
