Emma Macklem brings experience to Framepoint in public affairs, policy analysis and research, operations and outreach, project management, and advocacy campaigns.
Emma develops and manages strategic plans for execution in a range of sectors, including technology, tourism, environmental protection, healthcare, and urban development.
Prior to co-founding Framepoint, Emma worked for a national public affairs firm in Vancouver, helping clients find success managing their affairs across municipal, BC and federal jurisdictions. Emma has supported clients in securing significant policy and legislative changes, government funding, and approvals for major infrastructure and development projects.
In her personal time, Emma sits on the Board of Directors of the REACH Community Health Centre in East Vancouver, and on the board of a local women’s organization. She is also actively involved in party politics. Emma has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia.
